No rebuilding by individuals but PP is prime real estate, no doubt there will be rebuilding by developers that are lurking like sharks to buy back bloodied land for cheap after home owners see their claims/building permits rejected. Apartment buildings plans are probably ready!

At this point people need to become proactive! Everyone has to take their own preventative measures, not wait for overstretched firefighters after it’s too late! Spray your house & surroundings, cut up bushes if possible. If everyone does, it will help fire response! #lafires
