This three year old project has held up extremely well. The nearly 3,000 sq ft greens complex has three real sand bunkers, 4 tee boxes, and a two tiered green with a Punchbowl rim around the back.

Another golden age style greens complex. Deep coffin bunker wraps around the back. Two distinct tiers with 7 hole locations and 4 tee boxes ranging in h from 30-50 yards all at different angles.

Was asked to do a concept for a public short course. Leaning towards this 10 hole routing, with an 11th hole (double plateau), for hole in one contests. Deal or no deal, sure is fun to dream.

Definitely one of my favorite builds to date. Caught it last night at sunset. The client couldn’t be happier 6 months later. Wants more tee boxes though …I told him 6 wasn’t enough. 😉
