And it got approved! But not after a rejection because the reviewer missed the delete account button lol. I'll make a proper tweet about the app later, trying to catch some sleep. Also it's lifetime free until the end of the day

Submitting a new app after close to 3 months. Not expecting to make any significant money, it was more of passion project while also learning a bunch of auth/backend stuff.

TestFlight is now automatically checking for libraries that have access to microphone/library/camera and forcing you to add descriptions for them, despite not actively being used. I guess this is just to prevent reviewing time wasted on something trivial like this.

Decided to adapt the app to ios26 before release. Had to update my phone and macbook but I think liquid glass has its charm.

The youtube-player wrapper library I use for trailers and stuff doesn't work on iOS 18 π« I'll either have to make my own version of the root library youtube-ios-player-helper or fix the public wrapper.

Screenshots ready for my new anime app. Reused my Figma template and changed some things. Also the dimensions supported have updated. I used to use 1290x2796 for iPhone but now the closest to it is 1284x2778.

Google OAuth verification approved! It only took 24hrs and on a Saturday. - With verification your branding can be shown like app name and icon. Instead of your backend host name.
So I've got to wait over 1 month to have google signin on my app? This is nonsense.
