Intrest free loan for buying EV car or bike are denied by govt to SSB lecturer as non govt employees while facility like PM kissan, ration card, health card are not issued to them showing govt employees. Solve the ambiguity matter & give justice to them @dpradhanbjp @CMO_Odisha
