Notre Dame fans fear joining the big ten for one reason alone, they know if they join they’re just a below average midwestern program. They can’t duck UofM, OSU, MSU, PSU, and actually in state conference rivalries anymore. They know they aren’t a big ten quality team.
Ohio State and Michigan would compete in tie SEC every year. I’m getting to the point where I’ll root for OSU over an SEC team. We need to humble them.
Deleted tweet. Didn't mean to delete it. But to tell me Ohio State would go head to head every year in the SEC is a stretch. Maybe top 5 team yearly, yes but appear in the conference championship yearly. Doubtful.
I don’t care what McBurrows may have potentially said to the MSU players. That is no justification for being jumped. The fact some people are trying to justify it, is bull. Furthermore, we don’t even know the identity of the second assaulted player. There is no justification.
Honestly, I think the annual MSU game should be done away with for a few years once the big ten gets rid of divisions. It’s just become so toxic since the Dantonio era and it’s time for things to calm down.
Correct me if I’m wrong but… Every single Ohio State football player to attend OSU since 2020 has had a losing record vs Michigan. Think about that. Let that sink in. 2 years of players. Think about how many players that is. All losers.
Hey, ND recruits, you see that video of Tommy Reese yelling at his QB and the fans booing the Irish as they go in at halftime? If I were you, I would jump from that sinking ship.
Michigan fans: “MSU will definitely regress without Kenneth Walker”
Also Michigan fans: “we’re going 11-1 or 12-0, defense will reload without Hutch and Ojabo”
The double standards are incredible for a program that took 7 years to reach their goals
Gene Smith was proud of Ohio State football last year despite losing to Michigan, noting the Buckeyes were “basically one point away from being in the national championship game.”

It should be a mural of all the Heisman winners and important figures in CFB since 2014. Kinda like a sports illustrated March madness cover.
Remember when Ryan Day said he was going to drop 100 on Michigans head and they got so scared they cancelled for the first time ever in the entire history of The Game that year?
Mel’s initial 2-0 against Michigan is why MSU is in this position as a program. They care way too much about the Michigan game and got duped into paying a guy that got incredibly lucky. They need to focus on the other 11 games.
Let the record show, that the “moment of silence” was held because when Michigan lost to App State, Dantonio joked that he would hold a “moment of silence” for Michigan.
Mark Dantonio was always the instigator.
Shoutout to Mel Tucker, Alan Haller, and the rest of the board for their swift action as information comes out. From the UofM side that’s greatly appreciated.
OU fans would rather lose 49-0 with the number 5 recruiting class than be Michigan win the big ten with the 20th ranked recruiting class. I can’t believe what I’m reading.
Every Ohio State argument on this app boils down to one thing: “we were good for two decades and now we’re not as good, but we’re gonna pretend that nothing’s wrong.”
OSU only has two natties in the last 70 years. Furthermore, despite the fact OSU has as much talent as Bama, Clemson, UGA, they consistently lose to SEC programs. One could easily make the case that OSU is one of the most underperforming programs in CFB considering their talent.
