@chickenmcgriddy yeah this thread is just fearmongering because you didn't read the requested permissions. you have weak security on your account. spam bots adding you to groups has nothing to do with connecting ur account to an app.

I no longer have the screen shot but, my account a few days ago began following crypto and accounts related to all that bs. I changed my password but ig that wasn’t enough. I very much believe the hacking this morning was from the twitter circle. which sucks because everyone uses.

These emails even dated back BEFORE I did the most recent twitter circle post. Every single account is a scam account. Which leads me to believe a scammer has gotten into this account this morning. BUT WAIT, THERES MORE

They all looked like this but with different usernames and messages. Each email claims my account was added to a conversation. even tho, I cannot see these conversations while being in my account. I have no idea if I’m even still in them. I have no idea how this is happening.

4 DAYS LATER, I woke up and was shocked because I was completely logged out of my twt. My email had been changed and I had completely forgot to set up my two factor authentication on this account. I began to blow up x’s support team. I was so scared of loosing this community.
