Landmarks Commission approved a preliminary recommendation for Cortelyou Commons at 2324 N. Chalmers St. in Lincoln Park. Built in 1930, the Collegiate Gothic building has been part of DePaul's campus since 1976 and is named for former university president John R. Cortelyou.
