📣 WhatsApp Campaigns (alpha). We’re starting to roll out support for WhatsApp campaigns in Chatwoot. This feature lets you send pre-approved WhatsApp message templates to a selected list of contacts—perfect for sending reminders, updates, or promotions.

Chatwoot now shows transcripts for audio messages. You can just read the message instead of playing it. This works for common audio formats and voice notes from WhatsApp, Telegram, and others. Captain, our AI assistant, can now reply to voice messages too. This makes it easier
