If your business is failing, it’s probably not a marketing issue, it’s an operational issue. I love Cracker Barrel, but I literally only go now for the “old time country store” experience now. The service at my local one SUCKS now for years. Staff doesn’t care, food is bland.

The real issue is these mega corporations hiring these outside marketing agencies to tell them how to brand or market themselves. NO ONE KNOWS YOUR BRAND, AND YOUR AUDIENCE BETTER THAN YOUR INSIDE MARKETING TEAM. Give more $ and trust to your in-house hires. What are we doing?.
