Day 5 and final day of #bekindAB was all about kindness to ourselves. We brainstormed ways we can calm our bodies, watched videos on different breathing exercises and made breathing sticks. We even got a special visit from our @IREC1 therapy dog Dolly! @WCPS72 @blackfalds

Day 4 of #bekindAB We have completed our own book based on “In My Heart” where we share what our own feelings look like and act like! ♥️ We plan to spread our kindness and share with our pre-k friends to teach them about naming our feelings! @WCPS72 @IREC1 @blackfalds
