my hot take is that you're building an app, you shouldn't listen to anyone but yourself. the most successful founders I know have delusional levels of conviction in their vision and themselves. the people who never start? they're waiting for someone else to validate their idea.

Waitlists, prototypes, and endless customer interviews are mostly a distraction. The only real way to validate your idea is to actually make the thing.
