On August 8, Cambridge/Somerville WIC held a breastfeeding party at CHA Cambridge Hospital. Peer counselors ran a live breastfeeding class and live Acelleron breast pump demonstrations. A birth and postpartum doula and SomerBaby had a table for demonstrations & free giveaways.

On July 25, our Haitian Creole-speaking Community Health Workers led a Hypertension Workshop at La Source, an elder day service center serving the Haitian Creole-speaking community in Malden and nearby areas. All 40+ attendees were fully engaged and eager to learn more!
