I’ve been pretty quiet here for about a month. December was a transition period for me. I stepped out of a classic 9-to-5 setup and left my previous company. I now run my own company and work B2B as an AI engineer for clients. Side projects like LocalClip were very important

keep skills small and specific. makes them dead simple. no need to automate your whole life from day one. start with branch naming rules or review workflow.

writing clear prompts helps, but it's too tied to my energy level. some days i give full context. some days i skip it. so i decided to go all-in on crafting skills for everything. the results are crazy so far

During January, I created 2 companies in France (holding + operational software company), and I did it only with ChatGPT and online resources from the French government. No need to spend 1k bucks (2x500) on online services that do it for you. We live in a crazy moment.

You're waiting to learn the perfect stack while someone else ships with duct tape and gets users. I’m a Python guy, yet my desktop app is mostly TypeScript and Rust. Did I master them? No. AI filled the gaps and I just built. Today you have zero excuses. Pick the idea, pick the
