man, @lovable_dev is very cool, but _extremely_ buggy. It hangs all the time, gets slow, doesn't finish stuff, preview server gets stuck on old code, etc. Also the pricing model is wrong - it should be X for hosting and then pay on top for token usage.

I should also say, I really wish @cursor_ai or @windsurf_ai also had some concept of lifecycle hooks. For things where you want to enhance the agent experience, some more deterministic way to know whats going on can be really useful.

I find it such an interesting lesson in storytelling. It’s not a perfect hero’s journey. It doesn’t even really have a point or lesson. It’s a mental diary entry from an insane day of some group of guys. Stories don’t have to be perfect to be interesting, they can just be real.

It’s not one thing, it’s everything. The fucking boredom of the first third. The indecipherable radio chatter. The insane violence of the IED. The humanity of the SEAL team. The raw pain. People fucking up. It’s so different from every war movie in every interesting way.

Not sure anyone needs to hear this, but if we’re counting by the number of times I think about the broadest range of scenes in a movie for weeks after I watched it, Warfare is the most hauntingly impactful movie I may have ever seen.
