Why can't I speak to my elderly mum on Christmas Day (or any day) @NHSScotland ???. She has no mobile phone and no other family. Cut off from friends and family at Christmas. Ward 22 at RAH - if anyone cares. No portable phone, no iPad. No way to contact her 😢. @jenni_minto.
