@TurkishAirlines Once again, my suitcase is stuck at Istanbul Airport. You offer flights with very short connections, and now I'm in New Delhi after two days of traveling, and my suitcase hasn't arrived in New Delhi, even though I'm a Stat Alliance Gold member.

@TurkishAirlines @staralliance Turkish Airlines' lack of attention to its passengers regarding baggage care and information is shocking. My suitcase didn't arrive in New Delhi because the connection in Istanbul was very short, even more than 24 hours. I haven't received any news
