Martin has led the organisation through complex times, ensuring it emerged strong from COVID while developing key initiatives including Just Enterprise, the International Social Enterprise Observatory, and our university spin-out support programme. 2/.

After three years of leading CEIS, Martin has decided to step down as CEO due to family reasons. 1/.
