It is hard if the colleague is a narcissist who never recognizes he or she is one. A narcissist loves conflict. loves to make you angry. I know one. Tried to avoid the person completely but the latter is trying the opposite. #healthxph.

Example. you pointed a clear violation committed to someone but the latter refuses to see it. What is there to negotiate further? #healthxph.

In negotiation, if you remain at a level of a superior to the one you are negotiating with, you will accomplish nothing. #healthxph.

Unfortunately some are just all talk pretending to be for negotiations that even AI may even detect them. Hehe. It is all just for fame and for the self. #healthXPH.

The fact that people don't want to speak or are not open to you means there is something wrong in your leadership. But of course you refuse to admit it coz you are a narcissist.

Narcissists lack empathy and will not listen. Hard to negotiate with them who think they are always right. so better to just stay away from them for they are toxic. #healthxph.

T2. There can be a negotiation when it's just a difference in principles are involved. But when power is involved, there will never be a truly successful negotiation. #healthXPH.

In planning things, I supply AI my ideas of what I want and how I visualize things and AI gives good suggestions perfect for convention planning. #healthXPH.

For me AI's "product" still depends on the user, how good are his foundations and how the user knows his basics. It does not necessarily take away the learning. it just speeds things up. #healthXPH.

I asked former mentor to talk about what a research institute is for our hospital during a congress and he happily obliged saying "a mentor should not refuse his mentee when asking for help." #HealthXPh.
