Before the Spotify aficionados come at me, you are better at discovery for sure. But again, no smart playlists and an overall less-native look are a buzz killer for me. You do you.

Update: started the free trial, but can already say that it’s like using the Spotify app: good enough, but not really enough. Is it that hard to make smart playlists? Because I’m pretty sure it’s just a bunch of NSPredicates. Oh well, at least I won’t have ads during the holidays

Do I know anyone who subscribes to YouTube Premium and uses it for music? I’m starting to hate ads on YT with the force of a thousand suns, but I wouldn’t pay for Apple Music and YT Premium when they overlap… bad idea to switch? How is the music app for YT Premium on iOS?
