2/3 night, miss work and book a new flight home with a different airline. As an airline error, @Lynx_Air has taken zero responsibility for their mistake. Not even offering us a refund. This is the worst flying experience I have ever encountered. If you are considering flying.

1/3 My 7:50pm flight with @Lynx_Air left at 6:00pm with no notice to me and my fiancé along with 20 other passengers. We got email confirmation 24 hrs before departure confirming 7:50pm. Customer service closed at 7:00pm and left us stranded in Calgary forcing us to stay another.
