I bloody well did another run solo! IN THE SNOW!! I think I grinned all the way! I’ve been reading @mackie_bella ’s book Jog On honestly one of the best books I’ve read recently. Read if you are looking for honest, palatable & funny writing. Thanks Bella you’re totally inspiring!

Yesterday was run 7. Nik and I were both very un-enthused at the start but we quickly changed our mind. It’s the first time I’ve run solidly for 3 mins which I’m super proud about... small steps!! 🙂 #thisgirlcan #running #getfit #Couchto5K
