Would really welcome some advice on whether a second MA is a good idea - I don’t often hear of people doing this. I need experience in the museum sector and an MA seems the best way to go about it in terms of both qualifications and work experience opportunities

Time as academia is looking a lot less appealing in terms of job stability, pay, conditions etc. I love history and heritage, I still want to work in this area. I have been looking at MAs in museum and gallery studies - both in the UK and in EU.
