A1 I once saw lack of motivation through a self-control mindset. I thought of it in terms of not trying hard enough or being lazy. Now through a Self-Reg lens I see lack of motivation is a sign of being overstressed in the five domains. Excessive stress=>lack of energy #TMCTalks
