I am thrilled to receive a copy of my @Apress book, Raising Young Coders, in the mail today. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the pages were all in color. This will make it a lot easier for parents and kids to follow the steps and block coding sections! 💻💃📕🐍😺

It was great speaking at Open Source Summit Japan! At first I wasn't sure how my first lightning talk would go, but actually it had more impact than a regular session. Many people reached out to me with compliments. I hope I inspired parents to try fun technology with their kids.
