I am a keynote speaker, author of Raising Young Coders by Apress, podcast host, children's workshop instructor, and a computer science student.

I am thrilled to receive a copy of my @Apress book, Raising Young Coders, in the mail today. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the pages were all in color. This will make it a lot easier for parents and kids to follow the steps and block coding sections! ๐ป๐๐๐๐บ

It was great speaking at Open Source Summit Japan! At first I wasn't sure how my first lightning talk would go, but actually it had more impact than a regular session. Many people reached out to me with compliments. I hope I inspired parents to try fun technology with their kids.

Giving the opening keynote at #Devoxx Belgium was a huge honor and the largest audience I have spoken. ๐คIt was amazing to come to the conference that started @Devoxx4Kids and to stand on stage with @Stephan007 and talk about how parents can raise young coders.๐พ๐ฉโ๐ป

Think open source is just for coders? ๐ป Think again. I spoke with @TweetFromHilary of the @linuxfoundation about how non-coders drive innovation in open source, from film to phone, and why your GitHub might matter more than your rรฉsumรฉ. ๐ฅ๐ https://t.co/DV4b9AH6Nu
