π There has never been a better time to join our wonderful (tad biased!) SLT team! We have 3 great B7 clinical lead roles, whether your interest be paediatric/neonatal, ENT / Voice or H&N we are your team! With 4 instrumental clinics a week there is no shortage of FEEs/VFS!

Would really recommend all dysphagia SLTs read this paper to gain a more holistic understanding of the risks associated with being NBM. Supporting informed decision making with our patients means we ourselves have to have the knowledge & understanding to inform them.

#Trache week! @CritcareLTHTR 1.Benefits beyond laryngeal/trache weaning, so important to restore voice,swallow & enhance all rehabilitation β¬οΈwell being! 2. But..need other communication methods to support conversations 3. Don't be afraid... try! Benefits are huge&Refer to SLT!
