After a rewatch I think Sark should still call plays but he needs to bring in some more impactful analyst and make some position coach changes this offseason. He’s still good but there has been a consistent lack of execution and that’s on the head coach to be detail oriented.

People acting like Sark is just unfortunate to have this young inexperienced OL We literally had a young inexperienced OL and QB in 2023 and the offense NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER looked this abysmal. He coached better around it. Programs are a reflection of their head coach.

Genuinely thought Sark was way better than what he has shown this past offseason and through 7 games… He has been unsatisfactory in talent acquisition, development, and schematic variety this season and these aren’t issues he’s had a lot of in the past.
