Are you actually moving forward… or just following familiar momentum? Sometimes we stay committed to things not because they still serve us, but because we’re afraid to stop. Because of pride. Because of obligation. Because it’s tied to who we think we’re supposed to be.

Your values don’t live in a strategy document. They live in how you show up.
