Today I asked for a 10% discount at a local coffee store. The lady asked why and I explained that I was doing an exercise for a business challenge to get used to rejection and asking. The lady said “ask and you shall receive”. I got cheaper good coffee and lose fear of rejection.

As someone who got diagnosed well in my adulthood, and with plenty of ways to manage my “superpower” this is pure gold:
ok people with ADHD listen….. get rid of any extra processes/steps that will prevent you from reaching any goal, uncomplicated routines = wins Decision fatigue is REAL and very uncomfortable to go through on a daily basis and it feels SO rewarding to have a plan for it this
