Massive news! @permutocapital is collaborating directly with the SEC to get an exception as a ‘40 act filer. This unlocks: - AC/DC for non-dividend stocks - AC/DCs for ETFs and bonds (!!) - direct cash —> AC/DC on ramp The SEC basically said “you guys aren’t thinking big enough”
Today @permutocapital shared some exciting news and updated information on its progress! While the timing has adjusted a bit, the process continues with expanded opportunities. TL;DR - Under SEC guidance, we’re converting from a ‘33 Act filer to a ‘40 Act filer.
