Had a good weekend at the AAU NC District Meet. ✅️ PR'd in LJ (6th overall), 100m, & 200m.✅️ Qualified for regionals in 3 events. Filled in for the 4x400 and ran a 56.58. My 1st 400m in 2 years and didn't train for it.
