I built a $1M+ product as a solo software engineer. No team. No VC. Just code, conviction, and late nights. Now it’s a standalone SaaS and I’m selling it. Here’s how I did it (and how you can too): 🧵👇.

Just added an onboarding stepper to my app. The goal is to let users explore before our demo call. The app is already packed with everything you need to run a transportation business. Now even easier to test. Shout out to @DillonTheory for the clean logo

We launched THE Linktree killer!. Got tons of feedback, things to fix and improve, of course, but I’m so grateful for the warm welcome. Now, back to building. Well played, @kyliankhalifaa . It’s an honor to be part of this journey with you.
It’s a dream come true 😍.I’m incredibly proud to announce that my new SaaS is live (this is wild). I visualized this moment, did everything to make it happen, and invested 100% of my time, money, and energy into the new version of To build the Linktree

I missed posting yesterday. The last day! What a joke. But that’s because I’m no longer building. It’s time to put the product in users hands. The real game starts now.
Day 29 of building my SaaS in public. Today I went out with family. I’ve been working a lot. But l’m trying to keep a "balance". My kids need me now, not after the SaaS works, not when the money comes. Now.

Day 28 of building my SaaS in public. I started translating the app in French, English, Dutch. But I build in English and now I focus only on French. I still have zero Dutch clients.

Day 26 of building my SaaS in public. Today was a freelance day. But this work funds the real mission. Sometimes building your SaaS means building for others… for now.

Day 23 of building my SaaS in public. I’m finally close to a launchable version ready to put it in the hands of my first users. It’s been a journey. Can’t believe I’m actually seeing the end of the tunnel.
Day 22 of building my SaaS in public. A friend told me: « This isn’t the kind of startup that raises. ». I smiled. I’m not building to raise. I’m building to own.

Day 20 of building my SaaS in public. Most people don’t realize:.A boring product in a neglected market can be a goldmine. But only if you commit to fixing real problems. Not chasing trends.

Day 19 of building my SaaS in public. Consistency is key and especially when you’re on a solo journey. My SaaS is almost ready. Every day I push. And every step takes me closer to what I’ve visualized.

Day 18 of building my SaaS in public. First time using Figma. Way out of my comfort zone. And honestly, that’s been my normal for a while now.

Day 17 of building my SaaS in public. Made the mobile-first version roadmap today. The dev I wanted ghosted me. I’ll do it solo. Again.
Day 16 of building my SaaS in public. Just deployed version 0 of my new saas and…everything’s working. Heroku isn’t complaining. After 2 months offline, I can’t describe how good it feels to see it live again.

Day 15 of building my SaaS in public. 1 week from launch. Not a “party” launch. Just a company going live. No confetti. Just clean invoices and better driver tracking. That’s enough.
