Single christians need to learn about consent too. Consent isn’t just about sex. It should be duly applied before establishing any form of physical connection. Ie kissing (for those who insist on doing that), cuddling, dancing closely or giving pecks on the cheek. It

Consent being addressed as you have said does not mean that all who attended the counseling would adhere to it. If people can’t obey the word of God, is it a teaching on consent that will be the solution? There is a way married people are meant to behave towards each other
Interesting seeing that when I, in fact, attended the 3 months marriage counselling in my church, they had a sex therapist and a gynaecologist address sex relationships between married couples and consent was addressed and explicitly discussed.
