I hope @StPeteFL approves CRA funding for this project. It could serve as a model for the rest of Central. It reminds me of the changes to 2nd Ave N between Beach Dr and 1st St (where Cassis, Bacchus, and Paradeco are) in 2008/09 that transformed the street into a shaded blvd.
