Haven’t deadlifted since this day, but today I just did 2 reps of 405. 3 felt really doable too Wonder if I can do 495 before the year ends
Haven’t deadlifted in 8 years (old max was 405 at 18), but I tried to today and got 365x5 at least. Wasn’t able to do 405 for 1, but maybe because I got tired as I went up. Gonna maybe deadlift every day and shoot for 495 🫡
