If you haven't heard my sweet manny is gone. He started seizing at 7am and we could not get him out of it. Even if they had you could tell he had suffered brain damage.. He is with his friends over the rainbow bridge and I'm not sure how I will get through this

Why do I look so happy? Well I escaped out of our hotel room.. went streaming through the hallway.. let myself OUT of the back door and jumped into the pool.. mom was crying I am smiling

I tested NEGATIVE for Parvo!!! I am 12 pounds and overall perfect! I do have an umbilical hernia that we will have to watch otherwise it will get taken care of when I get neutered.. new meds to help with the small episodes of diarrhea but overall mom and I are so HAPPY!!

Ashur update: he has eaten three times today already and is up and playing around! He really wants out of his kennel and even barked for the first time today!! So excited my baby is on his way back!!

Asher is being transferred to the critical care unit. His temp is 104 and he isn't breathing good and is very lethargic. He will be here for at least 2-3 days but the vet says he is very sick but has guarded optimism. Please pray for him

ASHUR UPDATE: they finally got a catheter in him and he is getting fluids and medicine for his belly. Thank you all for all your support and love. I lost Manny a week ago today and never thought I would be facing this again so soon. I don't think my heart can take much more.

At the emergency vet.. been up all nigh with vomiting, coughing, rapid breathing, and major gurgling.. oxygen is at 89.. lungs don’t sound too bad but not clear .. waiting on doctor now

Ashur’s surgery went well. He did have intestines tangled in the hernia and in addition he actually had a minor blockage in one of them but luckily it wasn’t serious. He is in recovery and I will be able to bring him home this afternoon

ASHUR UPDATE: Not much change since my last update other than they gave him an appetite stimulant at 5pm but so far he is still refusing food. Will try to get him to eat overnight but if he doesn't feeding tube will go instead 6 am. Here are some pics the vet sent me

Got the call that Mannys ashes are back so I will be able to bring him home tomorrow. It really makes it final and right now I feel the same way I felt the day he died. This is the last picture I took of him. My heart hurts so bad right now 💔💔💔😭😭😭

ASHUR UPDATE: vitals and blood work are still where the vet wants them to be but still suffering from severe diarrhea. Unfortunately he still won't eat despite two doses of an appetite stimulant therefore they will be inserting the feeding tube this morning.

SMALL ASHUR UPDATE: IHe has been sleeping mostly today but they did offer him food at 3. If doesn't appear he ate any of it but he did play with it 😂😂😂 so either his interest is starting to come back or he wants to play either way it's a win for me!!!

ASHUR UODATE: Vitals are still holding strong but diarrhea is still pretty bad. He is back to laying down mostly and only ate a small amount of food but they say the uos and downs are common for parvo puppies but he is still on the right track of recovery

Vet said I am such a perfect handsome and over all joy of a puppy! Said not to worry too much about diarrhea as bellys take some time to recover from Parvo. Will go back on meds for 30 days but is confident it’s noting to be too concerned about ❤️❤️

Vet says my liver is enlarged and liver enzymes are elevated. Vet says I may be in the first stage of liver failure. Gina wait for the results and mom will schedule and X-ray. Will reduce pheno dose to try and prevent any further damage I feel just fine but mom is worried

Mom FINALLY picked me up from the vet just now.. the vet said my front left shoulder was dislocated but they were able to pop back into place. Will be on meds for the next several days but mom says I am already walking better. I am ready for my dinner!
