An interesting #MVHR application, this time a remodelling and refurbishment in SW London, the main objective being to improve acoustics and #IAQ, due to the adjacent railway line.

#MVHR pre-start survey completed today. A valuable exercise to confirm viable duct routes and identify potential services clashes. Time well spent- "check it twice, do it once." @Zehnder_UK

This happy little house is now #MVHR commissioned. Designed by an eminent Architect for his family, it will provide space and comfort, with minimal running costs. @Zehnder_UK

An important day for this high-performance new-build in Sussex. A personal #MVHR Client handover includes post-commissioning checks, filter maintenance & controls demonstration and thermal comfort settings to suit. A bespoke service for a bespoke project. @VentAxia @UK_Lindab

A slightly different #MVHR survey, this time a domestic outbuilding in rural Kent housing an office, shower and spa. A very lovely setting. @VentAxia @UK_Lindab @BlaubergUK

Plots 2 and 3 at this Surrey development have now been surveyed for their #MVHR installations and kudos to the Developer for leaving the 1st floor studwork until the plant space requirement was confirmed. Co-operation such as this makes a huge difference. @meuk_les @UK_Lindab

An interesting #MVHR feasibility survey has been completed for this period property, which is being remodelled and extended. There is limited scope for duct routes throughout, but it is feasible.

Today's preliminary survey is a Centre for Horticultural Excellence in London, where #MVHR is required for the Seminar & Function Building. We have previously worked with the superb Contractors at the Clients' house and it's good to see their plans bear fruit.

We have named this #MVHR installation Trigger's Broom. You can see why...

#MVHR Commissioning has been completed in this gorgeous Sussex new-build, with vaulted ceilings and picture frame windows throughout. Full energy recovery with enthalpy, due to large GIFA and low occupancy level. @Zehnder_UK @UK_Lindab

From today's remedial #MVHR survey.....a potty way to protect a ceiling speaker and a magic floating floor joist.

Pre-commissioning inspection completed. Sadly only for #MEV, but excellent Units from Vectaire all the same, complete with intelligent condensation control. Brushing away the dust will be the first task!

#MVHR is not confined to shiny new-builds and this is a nice example. The design survey is complete, with equipment & materials selected to meet the spatial constraints. @VentAxia @UK_Lindab
