not every screen needs a sidebar. sometimes the best thing you can do for focus is hide it. especially during creation or editing flows. you’ll lose a bit of navigation, sure, but you’ll gain clarity. one extra click > constant distraction. bonus tip: elements that start

AI isn’t the solution for everything. A junior PM told me users couldn’t find a specific feature. His idea was to add an AI chat box where people could ask “how do I use this?” or “where do I find that?” My response: why not just make it intuitive enough so they don’t have to

Getting followers on TikTok is so hard. I changed my content 2 months ago and went from 200 to around 1k views per post. Finally enjoy what I’m making now. But the follows? Still flat. What makes people actually hit follow there?

I made a similar post and it got 300 views 😅 wtf?
I used to think Cursor wouldn’t survive — after all, Claude had it by the neck. But I was wrong, for many reasons. And here’s one that says it all: Cursor updates its product daily, sometimes twice a day. A company that moves with that kind of speed and obsession is unstoppable.

Product-market fit isn’t something you “find.” It’s something you earn by listening, iterating, and surviving long enough for your users to start selling it for you.
