First crew will be small. Builders only. Selective entry. If you join, you’re in it to build and win together. Thinking long-term, high trust, real ownership. Be honest, would you want to be part of something like this ?.

But the long-term vision?.A community-owned startup studio. Tokenized. On-chain. Built as a DAO. Every contributor = stakeholder. This could be the Web3 version of Y Combinator. But for indie builders. No VCs. No gatekeepers. Just execution + distribution.

The model is simple:. Entry = real commitment. All funds go into building: design, tools, growth, ads. Everyone has a role. Everyone gets a share. Everything is transparent.

Here’s an idea I’ve been sitting on for weeks 👇🏼. A private club for builders in public. Small. Selective. Not for lurkers. We pick one idea. We fund it together. We build it in public. And we all share the upside.

Serious question for builders in public:. How do you actually make money while building in public?. What’s your main source of income while tweeting progress every day?. Because let’s be real, building in public doesn’t pay a lot by itself lol.
