"You're a hard man, McGee!". This does seem to come from the OTR (Old Time Radio) show, Fibber McGee and Molly. Also from there? "T'aint funny, McGee!".

"Good stuff, Maynard". I thought that came from The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis, where Bob Denver's breakout beatnik character was named Maynard G. Krebs. It fits Dobie's style. Researchers, though, reportedly haven't found him saying it. It's from Malt-O-Meal commercials!.

"Whoa, Nellie!". I've said this one spontaneously. I thought it came from The Roy Rogers Show: Pat Brady called his jeep "Nellybelle", & spoke to it like it was a horse. I'm sure that's where I got it! However, it looks like it actually considerably predates the show!.
