Twitter was a hellscape before, but it was tolerable. This current X iteration is brutal. @elonmusk is not a moron, but at least for me he is systematically killing twitter and that makes so little sense. I wonder: What will replace it now that Twitter is effectively dead?

Everything you see today on X will be forgotten. Getting emotional over tweets and opinions is pointless and honestly unhealthy. The only thing that actually matters right now is making sure you don’t die before 2030. Because if you make it, you’ll witness a post scarcity

Copyright law is a grotesque illegitmate grab at our own culture -- yours and mine -- and it cannot stand. We have a *lot* of problems in our social contracts that leave people homeless and starving because of rent-seeking greed. We do not have to accept it and we should not.
I’m honestly shocked right now. If this ruling stands, it could set a precedent that doesn’t just hit OpenAI, but the entire AI ecosystem. We’re talking about the very tools that could cure cancer, slow aging, fight climate change and accelerate scientific progress by decades…
