Coaches can easily psyche their team out by putting too much of a focus on the other team and how good their player’s are. Remember we are coaching adolescents so we have to be in tune with psychological development at that age.
@ShawnMcclellan6 Your friend is spot on with that take. I would tell my team that all the time. We have to focus on us. What they do, they do. However, if we do what we are capable of doing. It doesn’t matter what they do.
