None of this is true. South Korea explicitly defines prostitution mediation and sex trafficking as two different things. Seungri was not in the molka chatrooms, nor was he, in any way, complicit in his friends' SA activities.

We need to start separating the cases. None of the idols you have named were connected to Burning Sun. Lee Jonghyun (CNBlue), Choi Jonghoon (FTIsland), and Roy Kim were associated with the Molka Chatroom scandal. And Roy Kim was cleared of his involvement.

I beg to differ. I am not a Seungri fan but, based on what I have seen in my years adjacent to that fandom, they are considerably more educated on the topics of Seungri's case, Korean politics, and the legal system. In comparison, most kpop fans have very little mental integrity.

I suggest you do deeper research into the case. Seungri received an appropriate sentence for his charges. There is no reason for him to not be free now. If you are concerned about Korea's legal system, focus on Jung Joonyoung and Choi Jonghoon who received only 5 and 2.5 years.

Seungri has nothing to do with this, he was not convicted with or even accused of rape. Please focus on Taeil and other rapists, such as Choi Jonghoon, who received 2.5 years for the same crime as Taeil, or Jung Joonyoung, who served only 5.
