I agree. There's so much more to be grateful for despite all the uphill battles that we've faced. If we appreciate the enormous power of Her blessings, and get back to Her sadhana, it is not too late for us do a course-correction. In that way I'm an optimist.

No doubt about the fact that it was She who saved us from the unspeakable horror that the rākśasa majority was planning to unleash on us. It's a tragedy that even this tiny but crucial bit of information has not been transferred to the generation of KPs born outside the valley.
As a Kashmiri Hindu I cannot stop thinking of my family's exodus amidst the turmoil of 90s. In many ways it was a miracle how we managed to escape and the surprising ways in which help arrived to us to make it out of the valley. If it was not for Bhagwati, then who, I think.
