Let's deal with "imposter syndrome"! Good tips from Pros i.e. @Masonhck3571 @stokfredrik.
So I would not consider it self torture, but limiting my vices really had a profound impact for me. I stopped gaming drastically, outside of the occasional games with @NahamSec and crew. I limited my TV to only YouTube content related to hacking. It forced me to look to hacking.
