WCAG 3 will use a new color contrast method called APCA (Advanced Perceptual Contrast Algorithm).
It's a big improvement over the current system but there are a lot of changes to get your head around.

Just got the new Nuphy Air75. Wasn’t sure if I’d like the wider keys but I have to say I’m really digging it so far.
I have the F1 but struggled with the small shift key and switches were not as nice as my Keychron. When I saw the Air75 had gateron switches I had to try it 😋

Working with color is challenging, and those challenges are multiplied when building a system that supports theming. As well as trying to create a system that enables a great user experience, we also want to make working with color easier for staff, and maintainable for our team.
This week dark & dimmed mode were made generally available 🚀
We're working on more themes, such as high contrast and color blind friendly themes. Here's a sneak peak of a tool the team is building to make developing and testing new color themes easier 👀

5) Dark mode (of course): On a 12 year old application, with a design system that had not really been built with themeability in mind, this was a huge undertaking. It may be the best thing we’ll ever do for our design system (more on that later). I couldn’t be more proud. 🌚
