A small correction:.Toxic was the second single, not the third.The lead single was Me Against the Music, the second was Toxic, the third was Everytime, and the fourth was Outrageous.
@maxmamaxxx @Coolness941 Toxic was the third single. Coming off two singles that didn’t do as well and the music industry/fans were still on the Britney hate train. Toxic is the reason radio started playing her again after the blacklisting. Impressive bc it was embarrassing to openly like Britney then.
