For the first time in a number of years, the club has signed an overseas professional for the 2024 season. Marcello Piedt is an all-rounder from South Africa where he is currently playing for South Western Districts. Marcello will be a great addition as both a player & coach.

Excellent innings from Scott Macbeth today for the Ireland U19 team. In a 72 run win over England U19s at Loughborough, Scott scored 90no off just 48 balls including 6x 6s and 8x 4s. Great effort. Good luck for the remaining games👍

New player for 2023 season!   The club can confirm that Cameron Melly has agreed to join us at Beechgrove for the 2023 season.   Cameron is an exciting young 20 year old batsman who recently took part in the European Cricket Championship in Spain with the Ireland Academy squad.

Brigade Cricket Club was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of HRH Queen Elizabeth II earlier today. A remarkable monarch, our thoughts are with the rest of the royal family at this time.
