Service should now be restored, if you are still having problems with connecting to site wide WiFi please email support@bridgefibre.co.uk with your wifi username, the network you are trying to connect to and any error messages you get when trying to connect.

Cambridge Area outage: We have received an update from the carrier which indicates that there is still significant repair work to complete. The complex nature of the issue means that it is not possible to give an accurate time of resolution.

Cambridge Area Update: Our suppliers have located the damage at the science park. They are arranging to get their Engineers onsite to fix the the damage. The ETA currently is scheduled for tomorrow evening. Further update will follow.
