🍋 LEMON GIN SAISON 🍋 You’ve asked for it and we listened! Welcome back Lemon Gin Saison, now in 4 packs! You’ll find LGS to be spicy, peppery, and slightly fruity! Although there is no gin in the beer itself, it is spiced with lemon peel, coriander and juniper berries!

Using BC Pilsner malt as our base, the real star of the show was the rye bread. Our friends at @europeanbreads gave us unsellable bread which comprised 15% of our total grain bill. This beer is a deep amber colour that is perfectly malt forward w/ a hint of spice from the rye
