Well, this is fun @ups sent me one phone number. They gave me another. Finally 3rd phone number to be told that my package cleared customs but is lost in the UPS system and I need to file a claim. An hour of phone calls and this. Bad Monday.

Hey @UPS can you help me? I don't have a estimated delivery date when my package shows it "Cleared Customs" on June 3, 2025?.Also, when I check the status online, sometimes it says we don't have the package and then it changes to no information available.

I just got an email update. The package has a new delivery address to a town 34 miles away from me. I really hope that the sender did screw up and change the address. Has my package been hijacked? 🤷♂️ .It’s Friday and I can’t get ahold of a human at UPS or the sender. @ups.
